Leinster's star fullback Isa Nacewa will be given time to decide whether he will be available for international selection during the Rugby World Cup, which starts in under 100 days time.

Nacewa shone in the Heineken Cup Final and for the Barbarians at the end of the 2010-11 season and has been capped once by Fiji to date. Nacewa, 28, will talk to his wife and will make an announcement on his decision in the next two weeks.

Fiji rugby coach Sam Domoni, talking to the Fiji Times, said he would keep a spot for Nacewa in the provisional 50 man squad, having named just 43 of the 50 at the start of June.

"We've already had our chats with him. Now the ball is in his hands," Domoni said.

"He now has to manage and make sure what is beneficial to him. We all want him to come and he understands that. So he's got to manoeuvre his club and his family.

"For us it's a family concept - family comes first in everything we do. If the heart is not with us, then he cannot execute what is required of him. We cannot force anybody to come."
