Warren Gatland has reiterated his commitment to coach Wales to the World Cup in 2015.
The Wales coach signed a new four-year contract prior to the World Cup in New Zealand, but his future has come under increased speculation following Wales' impressive, but ultimately unsuccessful, campaign.
While the former All Black admits the lure of returning to coach in New Zealand will be too much at some stage, he insists that he will honour his contract with the Welsh Rugby Union and lead Wales towards the World Cup in England in four years time.
"I'll be honest, at some stage in your rugby career, as I'm a Kiwi, I'd like to come home and do a bit of coaching in New Zealand. But not at the moment and I have made that commitment to Wales," he said.
Meanwhile Wales winger Shane Williams is tempted to postpone his retirement in order to end his international career at the Millennium Stadium against Australia in December and bid farewell in front of his own fans.
"I'd love to be able to play at home and have the chance to have my family and friends there," he said. "But I really don't know, I'm just concerned about this game on Friday. After that we'll wait and see, but it is getting there. I'm not stringing you along, it is going to come."
