Perpignan are chasing Edinburgh scrum-half Mike Blair, according to reports.

Blair starred for the Scottish side in the Heineken Cup quarter-finals on Saturday and with the Top 14 giants looking to bolster their scrum-half resources, the 80-cap international is one name in the mix. The Scotsman writes that Blair has held discussions with Perpignan president Paul Goze.

Perpignan - who have had fellow Scotland internationals Nathan Hines and Chris Cusiter in their ranks in the past - are also looking at South African Dewalt Duvenage and Australians Josh Valentine and Ben Lucas, according to the newspaper.

But one man making the switch to the RaboDirect PRO12 is Leeds second-row Tom Denton, according to The Rugby Paper. He has reportedly signed for Leinster ahead of next season and his capture is deemed to signify him opting for Ireland over England when it comes to a future international call-up.
