Organisers of the 2015 World Cup have made a series of changes to the timings of games ahead of next year's tournament.

The changes have been made with a view to achieving a "a stronger global broadcast platform for rugby's showcase event". With this in mind, the World Cup final on October 31 moves from 17.00 to 16.00 while all Twickenham knockout matches also shift to the same timings.

All pool matches that were scheduled for a 17.00 kick-off are now at 16.45.

There are further changes with France's match against Italy on September 19 now at 20.00 with South Africa's game on the same day kicking off at 16.45. Wales' game on October 1 is now at 16.45 with France's match against Canada later in the day in Milton Keynes now at 20.00.
