England can beat anyone at Twickenham - Robinson

Bath and England wing Anthony Watson has expressed his excitement over facing giant Fijian wing Nemani Nadolo in Friday's World Cup opener.

Nadolo, who stands at 6ft 5in tall and tips the scales at over 20 stone, will line across from presumed starter Watson as England kick-off their Rugby World Cup campaign at Twickenham.

"It is something I look forward to. That is part and parcel of why a lot of us play rugby - that physical confrontation," Watson told rugbyworldcup.com.

"Trying to impose my game on a player like that will be a massive challenge and an opportunity I would look forward to and try to take with both hands."

Watson went on to add that he is aiming to emulate fellow winger Jason Robinson at this World Cup, after the electric rugby league convert became a national hero following his exploits as England won the tournament in 2003.

"Of that team, I would say Jonny Wilkinson and Jason Robinson were the guys I really admired. Jonny, because of his work ethic, and Jason because of his ability to change the game pretty rapidly and because you expected something to happen every time he got the ball," Watson said.

"He changed the game so quickly with his footwork. He was borderline unstoppable."
