Ruck 'n' Maul: The final we all want to see

Prop Scott Sio has recovered from an elbow injury and is the only change to Australia's side for the Rugby World Cup final with New Zealand.

Sio missed the semifinal victory over Argentina after picking up the injury against Scotland a week earlier and the Wallabies struggled at scrum time in his absence. James Slipper came under huge pressure at the set-piece and was penalised three times by referee Wayne Barnes.

Wallabies coach Michael Cheika has otherwise retained the same 23 that defeated Argentina at Twickenham with Slipper dropping back to the bench and Toby Smith omitted altogether.

"This week we've had a strong focus on improving certain areas in our game where we feel we havent been at our best in the previous matches" Cheika said.

"We still have lots of scope to improve and we'll work on that before this next match against New Zealand."

"Our lads are learning to cherish each opportunity they have in the gold jersey and this week we have that opportunity again and we'll be doing our best to make Australia proud of its rugby team."
