Summary

Time Score

The Martin Johnson era begins with England taking on a formidable Pacific Islanders line-up at Twickenham. A new-look England side, led by Steve Borthwick and featuring Danny Cipriani and Danny Care in an exciting half-back pairing, will be keen to hit their stride early with the southern hemisphere giants awaiting them later this month.

But they will not have it all their own way against an Islanders side packed with power and talent featuring many stars from last year's Rugby World Cup like Tonga's Finau Maka, Fiji's Vilimoni Delasau and Samoa's Seilala Mapusua. 'Exciting' has been the buzz word around the game - the 50,000 or so fans and the rest of us will be hoping the match lives up to it. Stay tuned to Scrum for full coverage!
