All four quarter-finals in this season's Amlin Challenge Cup are set to be broadcast for the first time.

In a major boost for Europe's second tier competition, broadcasters Sky Sports, France Televisions and Eurosport France will break new ground by featuring all four games over the weekend of April 7/8/9.

"This welcome move by Sky Sports confirms the ever-growing stature and appeal of the Amlin Challenge Cup," said ERC Chief Executive, Derek McGrath. "With three former Heineken Cup winners in London Wasps, Brive and Munster, in the last eight, the quarter-finals promise to provide matches high in both intensity and quality."

The Amlin Challenge Cup knockout stages kick off on Thursday, April 7 with the all-French meeting of La Rochelle and Clermont Auvergne, and the quarter-finals conclude when Brive take on Munster on Saturday, April 9.

The Amlin Challenge Cup final will be played at Cardiff City Stadium on Friday, May 20on the eve of the Heineken Cup final at the Millennium Stadium.

Friday, April 8

Stade Français Paris v Montpellier - Stade Charléty (KO 20.45) - FR4 / Sky Sports

Saturday, April 9
Brive v Munster - Stadium Municipal Amédée Domenech (KO 14.00) - Eurosport / Sky Sports
