David Pocock has been offered big-money deal to join Wallabies team-mates Adam Ashley-Cooper and Sekope Kepu at French Top 14 club Bordeaux, Midi-Olympique reports.

Pocock, whose Super Rugby contract with the Brumbies ends in 2016, can earn more than €300,000 ($Aus450,000) a season if he signs with Bordeaux, Midi Olympique reported.

The French publication reports that Toulouse and Racing 92 are also interested in the Australian No.8. Pocock was Australia's best player at the Rugby World Cup, and he will likely pass the 60-Test mark in 2016 to allow him to represent the Wallabies while playing overseas under the "Giteau Law'.

Pocock hinted that he could be interested in leaving Super Rugby when he signed only a single-year contract extension with the Brumbies in August. "I tried to be pretty upfront and honest during negotiations; that I feel like I can fully commit to next year," he told Fairfax Media at the time. "But I'd be lying at this stage if I said I wanted to sign a two or three-year deal and I can fully commit to those years."

Midi-Olympique reported also that Bordeaux would look at South Africa back-rower Francois Louw as a Plan B if they could not sign Pocock.
