Worcester Warriors have continued their preparations for the new Premiership season with the signing of Northland back-row forward Cameron Goodhue.

The 26-year-old, who also has Super Rugby experience with the Auckland-based Blues, becomes the eighth new forward signing at Warriors during the close season.

The New Zealander joins Mike Williams, Leonardo Senatore, Agustin Creevy, Paul Andrew, Ofa Fainga'anuku, Chris Brooker and Jonathan Thomas in a new-look pack that has been put together by recently-appointed director of rugby Dean Ryan.

"I am extremely excited about joining the Worcester Warriors," said Goodhue. "Playing in the Aviva Premiership has always been an ambition of mine, and I can't wait to join up with my team-mates in the summer. I have heard great things about the passionate fans at Sixways, and it is a great time to be getting involved with the club with Dean Ryan, Carl Hogg and Shane Howarth now at the helm."
