Cardiff Blues CEO Richard Holland is open to the idea of the organisers of the Amlin Challenge Cup adding extra seating to their Arms Park home for the final on May 23.
Fans let down by ticketing fiasco
European Rugby Cup Ltd has come under-fire from disgruntled Bath and Northampton Saints supporters as both clubs have been given just 1,000 tickets for the final, a game that will be played at the Arms Park which has a capacity of 12,125. Supporters have since launched an online petition calling for the final to be moved to a stadium which has more seats but while that seems unlikely to succeed, Holland is happy to add extra seats to the existing structure at the Arms Park to give more fans the chance to see their teams in the final. "We are delighted to have this game and see the Arms Park as a great venue," Holland told Wales Online. "We were approached and offered the chance to host this game but it is not our event, we're just providing the venue. "But if ERC want to explore the possibility of putting in temporary seating to increase the capacity, we are more than happy to work with them on that." © ESPN Sports Media Ltd
