Courtney Lawes will play his first match since December when he lines up for Northampton against Harlequins on Friday evening.

Lawes was injured in Northampton's win over Leicester at the end of December and has missed the past two months as a result. That timeframe saw him sidelined for England's first two matches in the Six Nations and the final matches of Northampton's campaign in the European Champions Cup pool stage.

But Lawes has now returned to full fitness and starts in the second-row alongside Christian Day with Tom Wood named among the replacements. He too has missed the first two Six Nations games through injury but his inclusion in the matchday squad will no doubt catch the England coaches' eyes.

For Harlequins, Danny Care misses out through injury so Karl Dickson starts while Tito Tebaldi could make his debut from the bench.
