Munster worries over Wood

Munster coach Declan Kidney will be sweating over the fitness of his inspirational hooker Keith Wood ahead of Saturday's European Cup quarter final against Stade Francais.
Wood suffered a knee injury in last Friday night's warm up game against Leicester when late tackled by the Tigers flanker Lewis Moody. "He collided into my knee with both feet and I hope I'll be fine, but it'll be a day or two to see how it is," said Wood.
Otherwise it was a relatively successful outing for Munster, despite the 25-17 scoreline in Leicester's favourwith coach Kidney declaring: "It was good because it was worth three training sessions, yet had they done three sessions, they'd be withered. We have to be careful now how we handle the knocks and to get ourselves right for Saturday."
Second row John Langford, agreed with his coaches assessment of the trip to England. "It was exactly what we wanted, a good bit of hard rugby, especially for the fellas like myself who haven't had an international match in the last few weeks. I was pretty stuffed by the end of it, but they gave us a good run.We'll work during the week on the things that didn't go so well and hopefully we'll give you all a good show in Thomond Park."
