Bristol Shoguns' Argentine scrum half Agustin Pichot is calling on the Club's supporters to ensure that the atmosphere at Sunday's West Country derby against Bath will motivate the team.

Commenting on www.bristolshoguns.co.uk ahead of Tuesday's visit to Saracens, Pichot said: "We need every Bristol Shoguns supporter to attend the game at Ashton Gate and bring friends and family."

With more than 10,700 tickets already sold for the big game, Pichot is clear in his request to ensure that as many Shoguns fans are behind the team in what is looking like the biggest game of the season.

"Bath Rugby is trying to turn this game into their home game. I know the Bristol public will come forward in their thousands and make it an Ashton Gate full of Shoguns supporters.

"As we're not playing at the Memorial Stadium it is vital that our fans turn up in large numbers and turn Ashton Gate into a place for Bristol people to be on Sunday."

Pichot made the call to the Bristol supporters at the same time as signing up for the Shoguns 5,000 Club to keep the Club in Bristol.

"The Bath game is going to be the biggest game I can remember and we also need to ensure the 5,000 Club hits the target. We want is a full stadium against Bath," concluded Pichot.
