Usain Bolt may have little left to prove to the world of athletics but he has set himself a 2014 target of breaking his own 200m record of 19.19 seconds.

Speaking on Friday at a sponsor event, Bolt said: "Hopefully everything will go well with training and I can go out there and break a world record ... it's all about not getting injured this season."

Bolt retained his 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay crowns at the London 2012 Olympics and this year's World Championships in Moscow.

Though he had planned on retiring in 2016, Bolt has recently hinted he could instead bow out after the 2017 World Championships in London.
