Bolt taking it easy in 2010

Usain Bolt admitted he has taken this season easy, but insists he is fully focused ahead of his showdown with Tyson Gay.
The triple Olympic champion takes on the American at the Diamond League meeting in Stockholm on Friday evening, but despite clocking the world's fastest time earlier this season, the world record holder believes he could have run much quicker.
Bolt suffered with an Achilles problem earlier in the year, and the Jamaican believes his relaxed attitude to training this year may have played some part in the injury.
"I think this season I have slacked off a little bit," Bolt admitted. "Maybe that's why I got injured.
"I was not really focused because my coach said this was kind of going to be my off season so I wasn't stressing."
Bolt may be famed for his laid-back attitude, but he is feeling under pressure to win in Sweden.
"In Jamaica, people keep saying, 'you can't let Tyson beat you'. The last time I lost here I was in better shape, so I'll have to be very focused," he said.
