Usain Bolt is looking forward to 'getting back to being the old Usain Bolt' at Thursday's Diamond League meeting in Oslo - where he will also run the 200 metres for the first time in over a year.

Bolt admitted his frustration with his running so far in 2011, which has seen a pair of underwhelming 9.91 second times in previous 100m races, and acknowledged that he now needs to step up his game ahead of the World Championships in Daegu.

"I'm going out there to run hard, and see what I need to improve," Bolt said. "I'm just trying to get my form back together. I'm focused on one thing - and that's the World Championships."

Bolt cannot afford to rest on his laurels, as both Tyson Gay and compatriot Steve Mullings have run faster times than the Jamaican this year.

After struggling with a few injury problems at the tail end of last season, Bolt is looking forward to testing himself to the maximum once again.

"It's going to be weird but it should be good," he said. "I want to get back to [being] the old Usain Bolt.

"I've heard it's a great track and I'm looking forward to going out there and getting a fast time. But I need to get in shape as quickly as possible because everyone's really putting their foot down."
