Alesana Tuilagi returns for Samoa

Alesana Tuilagi will return to the Samoa line-up for the first time in almost two years when they tackle Scotland in Durban on Saturday.

The former Leicester winger, who currently plays his club rugby in Japan, will start on the left wing in the opening game of the quadrangular tournament that also features hosts South Africa and Italy.

Samoa coach Stephen Betham has included two new caps in his starting line-up Hurricanes flanker Jack Lam and winger Alapati Leiua - and retained just six players - fly-half Tusi Pisi, centre John Leota, No.8 Taiasina Tuifua, flanker Ofisa Treviranus, lock Teofilo Paulo and tight-head prop Census Johnston - from the side that were beaten by France in their last clash.
