Good news for Newport

With their debut European Campaign less than two weeks away Newport have been boosted by the news that several players are close to returning to action from injury.

Included amongst these is Welsh utility three quarter Jason Jones-Hughes, who should return from his hamstring injury in time for the opening European game against Munster in Limerick.

Ben Breeze, who hasn't played since the beginning of the season should also be back for that game, while prop Adrian Garvey and wing Martin Llewellyn should also recover from minor knocks.
However scrum half is still making a slow recovery from his Achilles operation.
