Wallabies scrum-half Will Genia has shrugged off concerns over a potential concussion and is certain he will play against the All Blacks in the Tri-Nations decider on Saturday.

Genia sent scares through the Australian camp on two seperate occasions this week as he suffered head knocks during team training sessions. The reigning Australian Super Rugby Player of the Year, however, was given the all-clear from Wallabies medical staff on Friday morning.

"[The Doctor] just said train today [Friday] and see how you feel but all the signs look good," Genia told AAP. "I think a lot's been made of it but it's nothing too serious."

Genia had to receive six stitches on Tuesday after colliding with No.8 Radike Samo, while Rob Simmons landed heavily on the 23-year-old in contesting a high ball just two days later.

"I got a bit of a head knock on Tuesday and felt a bit foggy at training yesterday [Thursday] but just pulled out towards the end because I felt a bit off," he said.

"It was more shock because I didn't feel too well all the training session. I feel like I'm good to go [now]."
