The Wallabies say they need to bottle the passion that drove them to their record win over Argentina and use it against the All Blacks later this month. Australia had a rare night of celebrations in Rosario after posting a 52-17 win over the Pumas, running in seven tries including a hat-trick by Israel Folau.

The fullback said he felt the team was running high on emotion as they warmed up at Estadio Gigante de Arroyito stadium and they needed to bring that to their clash with New Zealand. They play the newly-crowned Rugby Championship winners in third and final Bledisloe in Dunedin on October 19.

"That one in Dunedin is obviously going to be a pretty tough challenge," Folau said. "But we can regroup and turn up and have the same passion, like we did against the Pumas going in against the AB's."

Skipper James Horwill, who suffered a shoulder injury in the Test, said the team needed to treat the victory to go on to bigger things. The lock was delighted with how the Australian scrum stood up against the world class Pumas, particularly early on in the match when they packed down seven times in a row and didn't concede any points.

"We need to (carry that performance forward). We're coming up against some world class scrums. The All Blacks are an excellent scrum and we've got them in two weeks. A big thing for us is not going back from here, it's moving forward. You can't just rest on your laurels and have it be a one-off performance, it needs to be a stepping stone onto bigger and better things," said Horwill.

The Wallabies have one injury concern after losing goal-kicking centre Christian Lealiifano to a knee injury that meant he didn't return for the second half. Heading home from Buenos Aires on Monday, they will have a week's break before starting preparations for the All Blacks challenge.
