The HSBC World Sevens Series has produced some freakish skills over the years but Australia star James Stannard has taken things to new levels by channeling soccer superstar Lio Messi.

Preparing for the final leg of the World Series in Britain, Stannard took a little time to himself at Australia's Sydney base to nail an outrageous flick drop-kick. While the veteran Sevens star is unlikely to try his luck with the kick at either of the final two events in Glasgow and London, it does make for great viewing!
