Former Wallabies winger Wendell Sailor is front and centre of the latest viral video sensation, after breaking a man's arm live on television.

Sailor, who played 55 Super Rugby matches for Queensland Reds and New South Wales Waratahs between 2002 and 2006, and who played 37 Tests for Australia, including the 2003 Rugby World Cup final in Sydney, was fighting former Penrith, St George, Cronulla and South Sydney rugby player Ben Ross in a charity arm-wrestle on the Nine Network's Footy Show when his opponent's right arm snapped.
