Vickerman selected for Australia 'A'

ACT Brumbies lock Daniel Vickerman has been selected to play for Australia A against France A in Adelaide next week.

Vickerman will join the A side in Adelaide after the Vodafone Wallabies play the NZ Maori in Perth on Saturday.

Queensland openside flanker David Croft has been appointed captain. Vice-captain is NSW scrumhalf Tim Clark.

The Vodafone Wallabies starting XV to play NZ Maori will be released on Wednesday.

Vodafone Australia A will be coached by Queensland assistant coach Adrian Thompson. His assistant will be NSW assistant coach Gary Ella.
