A high-profile switch to France's Top 14 brings many challenges for those more used to the demands of the Premiership or PRO12 - most notably the language.

Racing Metro's chequebook has lured a host of names to French rugby's top flight ahead of next season including British & Irish Lions heroes Jonathan Sexton, Dan Lydiate and Jamie Roberts who are all set to join up with their new club in the coming days.

They will be playing catch-up both on and off the field with fellow new recruits Ronan O'Gara, Brian Mujati and Soane Tonga'uiha having already linked up with the team and got cracking on their French lessons as this club video shows.
