The organisers of the J.P. Morgan Premiership Rugby 7s have started the countdown to the start of the tournament by placing a giant number seven on the Kingsholm turf.

Gloucester's ground will host the opening leg of the tournament on August 1 and their famous stand the Shed is currently looking out on to a number seven measuring 23 metres in width by 49 meters in length.

After Gloucester, the series moves to Franklin's Gardens on the 2nd, Saracens' Allianz Park on the 3rd with the final at the Rec on August 9.
