Australia have confirmed their end-of-season tour schedule and they will play five Tests when they travel to Europe.

Australia last completed a Grand Slam tour in the northern hemisphere back in 1984 and they kick off their trip against England on November 2. They will then travel to Italy, Ireland and Scotland and finish up against Wales on November 30.

November 2: England, Twickenham Stadium, London
November 9: Italy, Stadio Olimpico, Turin
November 16: Ireland, Aviva Stadium, Dublin
November 23: Scotland, Murrayfield, Edinburgh
November 30: Wales, Millennium Stadium, Cardiff
