Leicester Tigers boss Richard Cockerill has reportedly taken to yoga in an attempt to curb his temper.
The Mail on Sunday reports that Cockerill, who is currently serving a nine-match ban after being found guilty of a foul-mouthed rant at official during last season's Aviva Premiership final, was introduced to the spiritual discipline by former assistant coach Matt O'Connor and now takes part in two gruelling sessions each week.
"You'd be within your rights to question whether it's really working," joked Cockerill, who also served a four-match ban back in 2009 following a similar run-in with the officials during an Anglo-Welsh Cup clash.
"I thought it would be for old ladies and weirdos," he said Cockerill. "But I've done it ever since, twice a week, and now my wife, Sarah Jane, joins me on a Wednesday.
"You get all sorts here, from old ladies to young lads who tend to underestimate the challenge. Believe me, it's hard. I brought the squad here once last season. They took the mickey before, but then all hated it, all apart from [Fijian wing] Niki Goneva, who said he liked the heat."
