Yarde happy to wait on deciding future

London Irish's Marland Yarde is in no rush to sign a new deal with the Exiles with his current contract up at the end of the season.

Yarde was one of England's standout players on their summer tour to Argentina where he grabbed two tries on his Test debut. And he has made a promising start to the 2013-14 season but with his contract up at the end of the campaign, reports suggest both Bath and Wasps are keen to secure his services.

Despite the probable clamour for his services in January, Yarde will not rush deciding where his future lies.

"I do not want to think too much about that," Yarde told getreading. "I am just focusing on playing as well as I can for London Irish. I am trying not to think too far ahead.

"I want to keep my feet firmly on the ground and work as hard as I can every time I go out on the training paddock, so I can improve with every day because in no way do I feel like I am the finished article. The contract stuff will look after itself."
