Waratahs have added to their resources with the signing of ex-Bath centre Matt Carraro.
Carraro played for the Waratahs between 2008 and 2009 and joined Bath ahead of the 2009-10 season. But he opted to take up a contract with Montpellier in 2012 and played for the Top 14 side last term. But Michael Cheika was impressed with Carraro's performance for the NSW Barbarians against Argentina in the summer and has rewarded the 29-year old with a contract.
Cheika said: "Matt offers us a profile that we haven't got in our back three. He's a hard, straight-running, out-and-out finisher who also offers international experience and brings with him good defensive skills and also has experience at 13."
