Maggie Alphonsi returns after long lay-off

Saracens flanker Maggie Alphonsi has been named in the England women's squad for the autumn internationals after being sidelined for 20 months through injury. Hannah Gallagher also returns, while prop Sasha Acheson gets her first call-up.

England play France at Twickenham on November 9 and Canada at the Twickenham Stoop on November. 13
