Which non-American golfer has won the most tournaments on the American PGA Tour? asked Andrew Johnstone
Leading the way here is Vijay Singh, who hails from Fiji: he won 34 accredited events on the PGA Tour.
He lies 14th on the overall list, which is headed - for now - by Sam Snead with 82 wins. Tiger Woods, though, currently has 79 wins. Another current player, Phil Mickelson, has won 42 times.
Singh also won 13 events on the European Tour. Between the 1995 British Open and the 2011 Masters, Singh contested a record 67 successive major championships. He won three of them - the PGA in 1998 and 2004, and the Masters in 2000.
