Team bonding... Liverpool style

Good to see some of the game's traditions go on.

Steven Gerrard has revealed how Liverpool's players enjoyed a night out in New York following their pre-season penalty shootout victory against Manchester City on Wednesday night.

The Liverpool captain posted the picture of himself and his team-mates in good spirits at a New York bar on his Instagram account.

"Can't beat a bit of team bonding and what a great city to do it," Gerrard added.

The club are currently on tour in the United States and play AC Milan on Saturday.
