November 24, 2014

As any fan of new-age percussion instruments will know, Dion Dublin has enjoyed a wide variety of musical pursuits since retiring from football in 2008.

The former Coventry City and Aston Villa striker has tried his hand at band management and live performances, as well as famously inventing and patenting his own percussion instrument - the Dube.

Finally, though, Dublin has bowed to popular demand and produced his own album in time for the festive season, with the man himself describing 'Dion Dublin's Christmas Presents' as a "very different" Christmas album when revealing the front cover on Twitter.

The album is available now and could be yours for just £5.99, with £1 from each sale being donated directly to bowel cancer charity the Bobby Moore Fund.

So not only will the album fill your home with yuletide cheer, but you'll also be doing your bit for a good cause. In other words, this is sure to be an instant hit.
