Friedel scores from halfway line

Tottenham haven't been in great form in the Premier League so far this season, and some of their stars fared little better in NBA Europe's half-court challenge.

In fact, only veteran American goalkeeper Brad Friedel managed to score (with his last effort), while Roberto Soldado, Etienne Capoue and Jordan Archer all threw up five bricks out of five.

Soldado managed to break his nine-month duck in the Premier League by scoring against Everton on Sunday, but the London club will need a little more practice if they are to realise their hoop dreams ever again.
