Even Mauricio Pochettino's sons sing the Harry Kane song
With 26 goals in 41 appearances this season, Tottenham striker Harry Kane has proved his doubters wrong and forced his way out of the wilderness and into the public eye.
Kane, who has won over Tottenham hearts with his puppyish enthusiasm and willingness to shoot from preposterous distances, has been so good that former England international Danny Murphy even believes Roy Hodgson should build the entire national team around him.
And the love-in doesn't just stop there, as Kane's club manager Mauricio Pochettino has now admitted that the affection for the boundless super-striker extends to the family household.
Asked if his two young sons, Sebastiano and Maurizio, knew the Harry Kane chant, Pochettino said yes, before joking it was "difficult to guess" who their favourite player is.
Considering Pochettino resisted calls for Kane's inclusion in the Tottenham starting lineup for so long, £26 million striker Roberto Soldado will be worried that pressure from his manager's kids will keep him on the bench as the race for the much-coveted fourth place heats up.
It has been a truly meteoric rise for the player who was struggling to get in the Norwich first-team as they fought relegation two seasons ago, and you can perhaps see why the country's finest - and the Pochettinos - are clambering over themselves to sing his praises.
