Amir Khan is focusing on putting on a show against Zab Judah as he aims to increase the demand for a fight against Floyd Mayweather Jnr next year.

Although Khan has already picked up a couple of notable scalps Stateside - Paulie Malignaggi and Marcos Maidana - beating IBF king Judah would represent his most significant victory to date.

And after being boosted by Mayweather's admission that he is willing to fight Khan at Wembley in 2012, the Brit is vowing to lay it all on the line against his veteran opponent.

"He's been in some big, big fights and is very hard to knock out," he said. "Sometimes it's risky the way I fight, but that's what makes me special. People want to watch me because they know I take risks."

For his part, Judah is desperate to eliminate the perception that he is past his best. "Forget this stuff about me being an old fighter," he said. "I turned professional at 18, I was a world champion at 20 years old, but look at what's out there.

"The best fighters around are Sergio Martinez, Floyd Mayweather, who are both older than me, and Bernard Hopkins, who's still a world champion at 46. I got my second wind. I used to be a tough guy, a bully, but that doesn't pay.

"I grew up in a tough environment I became a product of Brownsville, Brooklyn. But I'll give you the best Zab Judah in this fight. Beware of experience, Amir Khan."
