Dereck Chisora has been rocked by Larry Olubamiwo's decision to withdraw from their scheduled heavyweight clash on Saturday, which was due to take place at Wembley Arena. There has been no announcement as to whether or not a replacement will be drafted in at short notice.

Chisora is looking to reignite his career after he lost the British and Commonwealth titles - and his unbeaten record - to Tyson Fury in July. His motivation for the sport was questioned when he arrived for the bout heavier than Fury, despite being eight inches shorter.

He was vowing to put himself back on track against Olubamiwo, a 33-year-old Londoner with ten wins from his 12 professional bouts so far - but illness has scuppered those plans.

Writing on his Facebook page, Olubamiwo said: "Have to tell you that I am really ill and so won't be able to fight on Saturday. I am really disappointed as I was looking forward to coming back but want to thank everyone for their support and will be back as soon as I am better. Anyone who bought tickets from me can get a refund."

Chisora was twice due to fight Wladimir Klitschko for his world titles - only for the Ukrainian to withdraw, citing injury both times.

This Saturday's Wembley card features Ricky Burns v Michael Katsidis and George Groves v Paul Smith.
