Dereck Chisora insists "half of London hates David Haye", and he is promising to put a beating on his compatriot when the pair meet next month.

Chisora and Haye are set to collide on July 14 at Upton Park, in a bout that is fuelled by bad blood. The Munich brawl that saw Chisora claiming he was glassed by Haye has ensured both men despise each other, and they will get to settle their differences in front of 40,000 spectators.

Chisora says his hatred of Haye dates back half a decade to when he was just starting out in the professional business. And the 28-year-old claims he will not be alone in wanting to see the Hayemaker's chin hit the canvas in a month's time.

"I don't like David Haye one bit, I'm not a fan at all," Chisora told the Metro. "I have known him since I turned pro and he was defending his European [cruiserweight] title at York Hall. He didn't want to fight and was a pretender.

"My dislike of him is very strong. He talks too much crap so it goes very deep. I just don't like him. He's not respectful and half of London hates the guy.

"Nothing in this country has even come close [to this fight]. 44,000 people watching in the stadium and millions on television. It's going to be massive. There won't be another fight like this in Great Britain for ages.

"There was the Thrilla in Manilla, Rumble in the Jungle, those were great worldwide events. Maybe Mayweather/Pacquiao will be bigger if they ever get it on but fights like this come around only once in a while. It could be another 20 years before there is something like this again. This is going to be special."

The key to the fight, in Chisora's eyes, is the fact that he is the natural heavyweight, with Haye having spent most of his career at a lower weight class. The punching power that brings for Chisora will be telling, according to the former British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion.

"He's not a heavyweight and I am going to hunt him down and kick his ass. David Haye doesn't know what's coming, if he did he wouldn't be in this fight," Chisora said.

"He has danced around a lot but if he is dancing around against me it won't matter because I will still get to him. The Audley Harrison fight was a disgrace and people should have got a refund from Sky. That's not going to happen when I climb into the ring against him.

"I'm going to track him down and f*** him up. I don't want to hurt him so bad I will leave him in a wheelchair but I want him to wake up the next morning knowing I gave him a real beating and that he is in pain because of that."
