Dereck Chisora and Don Charles, his trainer, have put their differences aside and are once again working together in preparation for the David Haye fight on July 14.

On this week's 'Beyond the Ropes' show on BoxNation, which aired on Wednesday, Charles admitted attacking Chisora after being annoyed at the way the fighter addressed him.

Charles said: "I'm not a nutter. He asked me to take his headgear off and I physically attacked him.

"I won't go into the details as to why he wanted his headgear off. There's a way to tell someone something and it's called respect."

The revelation prompted speculation that Chisora's preparations had been thrown into disarray, with Charles conceding that he could be sacked as trainer.

However, the pair reconciled on the same day as the disagreement, and have continued working together ever since.

A source close to Charles told ESPN: "The programme's footage is about three weeks old. They ended last night's show with Don and Dereck falling out, but please be assured that although the argument was very much real, they sorted out their problems the same day and are very much working together."

Chisora and Haye will meet at Upton Park in a bout dubbed 'Licenced to Thrill', which will take place under the jurisdiction of the Luxembourg Boxing Federation after the British Boxing Board of Control took away Chisora's licence.
