- Tony Bellew v Roberto Bolonti
Bellew to battle Bolonti
Tony Bellew will aim to push himself further towards a world-title shot when he takes on Roberto Bolonti on November 17 in Nottingham, on the undercard of Carl Froch v Yusaf Mack.
Argentina's Bolonti, 33, has won 30 of his 31 fights (19 inside the distance) but has never taken anyone on outside of his homeland - and there are few, if any, quality names on his CV.
"He's ranked above me by every single organisation," Bellew said. "He's the WBC No. 6 and he comes with a great record. I've now seen him through YouTube and he can punch with either hand and he is very durable."
The Brit is running the risk of leaving just a two-month gap between fights, having stopped Edison Miranda to win the WBC silver crown during September.
Bellew has already been involved in one world-title clash, losing a majority decision to Nathan Cleverly in October 2011.
