Fury: No comparison between me and Price
Tyson Fury has continued his war of words with David Price, claiming he is streets ahead of his British heavyweight rival.
Both fighters are awaiting their next challenge after fighting at the weekend: Price needed less than two rounds to stop Matt Skelton on Friday before Tyson Fury beat Kevin Johnson on points 24 hours later to move in line for a shot at Vitali Klitschko's WBC belt.
While Price garnered more praise for his knockout victory, Fury, who was booed during his victory in Belfast on Saturday, believes it is unfair to compare the fights because of the quality of their respective opponents.
"There's no comparison," Fury said in the Sun. "He'd never have beaten Kevin. I've moved up to WBC No. 1, Price is British champ.
"Where is the comparison? My fight was an eliminator for the WBC, this isn't an eliminator for the Commonwealth or British title. I won them two years ago."
