Danny Garcia is ready to give Amir Khan the rematch he desperately craves - but has insisted the fight will not take place on British soil.

After returning to the ring with a comfortable win over Carlos Molina at the weekend, Khan is eyeing the chance to regain the light-welterweight world titles he lost to Garcia last summer. And Garcia is prepared to give Khan a rematch - although he does not know how easy it will be to arrange.

What he does know, however, is that he will not travel to the United Kingdom for the meeting.

"If the money's right then we'll definitely fight whenever and wherever," Garcia said. "But it's up to what Golden Boy wants because I can say 'Yeah let's do it' but really I have no control over it.

"I'm not the businessman in this team. I'm the athlete, the entertainer. I let my team do the business and I prepare for the fight."

On the fight, if it is agreed, taking place in the UK, Garcia joked: "Man, I don't know if I'd come back alive - they'd be waiting for me at the airport or they'll be waiting for my dad! I love you guys but I'm okay, thanks!

"If everything is right then we can do it."

Khan has claimed he will easily beat Garcia should a second meeting transpire, having learned from the mistakes that saw him stopped in the fourth round back in July. Garcia does not agree with the Bolton fighter's assessment - although he concedes that the rematch might not be quite so straightforward for him.

"I knew Khan was going to start our fight fast because he's a fast fighter - you can't take that away from him," he added. "He has speed. But once I was able to see his punches and block and slip a few while landing my own shots, I knew it would be a turning point in the fight.

"I think he'll a bit more aware of it and more cautious this time because last time he was a little reckless.

"I know I'll definitely win the fight but it might not be that early this time."

Any prospective rematch will likely have to wait until the summer of 2013, however, with Garcia due to meet Zab Judah - a former victim of Khan's - in February.
