Anthony Joshua made it three victories from as many fights as he sealed a second-round stoppage win against Hrvoje Kisicek at the York Hall Leisure Centre.

With former world heavyweight champion Larry Holmes watching on, Joshua dropped his opponent midway through the second round. Kisicek was able to answer the count, but moments later the referee ended the fight.

The victory keeps Joshua undefeated following his switch to professional boxing. Joshua won gold for Team GB at London 2012.

Joshua, 24, will compete on the undercard for next weekend's Carl Froch v George Groves super-middleweight world title fight in Manchester. He then faces former Welsh amateur champion Dorian Darch in London in December.

Earlier in the night, former three-weight world champion James Toney lost his Prizefighter semi-final bout to Jason Gavern, who edged the contest on two of the judges' cards with the third calling it a draw.
