Dereck Chisora is looking for a new opponent to fight in his February 15 European heavyweight title defence after his scheduled opponent Andriy Rudenko had to withdraw due to injury.

Rudenko reportedly suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon during training ahead of the bout, which was due to take place at London's Copper Box Arena.

Chisora will still headline the show - which also sees fellow Brit Tyson Fury return to the ring after he signed a promotional deal with BoxNation - although a new opponent is yet to be confirmed.

"We're disappointed to hear that Rudenko has suffered this serious injury and has had to withdraw, it's very unfortunate but these things happen and we have to move on and secure Chisora a new challenger for his European title on the February 15," promoter Frank Warren told RingNews24. "We have some names that we are working and will look to announce the name very shortly."
