Dereck Chisora has reiterated his plans to earn another shot at a world title during 2014, but indicated his upcoming fight with Kevin Johnson will be "very hard work."

Speaking exclusively to Buncey's Boxing Podcast, Chisora appeared relaxed ahead of his bout with American Johnson at London's Copperbox Arena on Saturday.

However, the 30-year-old is wary that Johnson has never been stopped in the ring throughout 34 fights as a professional.

"It's going to be a big challenge for me to get in there," Chisora told Buncey's Boxing Podcast. "But you know what? We're going to get in there. I'm one of the best fighters and if we want to get in there I think I can. It's going to be interesting for me, very interesting.

"Kevin Johnson hasn't been stopped, he's a great fighter - it's going to be hard work. It's not going to be easy, it's going to be very hard."

Chisora currently holds the WBO and WBA international heavyweight belts following respective victories over Malik Scott and Ondrej Pala in 2013. The Brit will defend both belts against Johnson but, following his 2012 loss to Vitali Klitschko for the WBC world crown, Chisora hinted at plans to earn another world title shot later this year.

When asked whether he had world title aspirations again, Chisora added: "100%, with the plans I've got this year the public will know exactly what I'm going for."

Also featuring on the bill at the Copperbox is Tyson Fury, who recently signed a promotional deal which could lead to a rematch with Chisora in the summer.

Fury defeated Chisora by unanimous decision in 2011 at Wembley Arena and promoter Frank Warren is keen to host a rematch between the pair.

Despite fighting last on Saturday's card, Chisora revealed he would not be watching Fury's fight with Joey Abell earlier on the night - but was quick to admit he found his fellow Brit hilarious.

"He's a very funny guy and a very funny character, you can't help yourself but laugh," Chisora said.
