Tyson Fury was on hand to present birthday boy and fellow Team Fury member 'Fast' Eddie Chambers with a birthday cake during a packed night of boxing at Newcastle's Metro Radio Arena.

Former world heavyweight title challenger Chambers, the latest edition to Team Fury, celebrated his 32nd birthday with an impressive win as he stopped Tomas Mrazek with 25 seconds remaining of their six-round contest.

After the bout, Fury - who fights Dereck Chisora in a world heavyweight title eliminator in July - congratulated Chambers with a birthday cake, which featured female Disney characters on it.

The card's main event saw IBF bantamweight champion Stuart Hall defend his belt against Martin Ward, but the bout was declared a technical draw - or no contest - after Ward suffered a cut above the right eye due to a clash of heads.

Earlier on the card, light-welterweight prospect Bradley Saunders made light work of Mitch Prince as he stopped the Scot in the fourth round of their clash. Saunders had Prince down twice in the opening round and three times in the fourth before the stoppage was given.

Frankie Gavin defended his Commonwealth welterweight belt at the second time of asking as he narrowly saw off Sacky Shikukutu by unanimous decision, while British cruiserweight champion Jon-Lewis Dickinson returned to the ring after almost a year out to impressively stop challenger Neil Dawson in the tenth round.
