Amir Khan hopes to face the winner of Saturday's IBF world welterweight title fight between Shawn Porter and Kell Brook in December.

The Brit will fly out to America later this month to begin training for his next fight while his promoter Golden Boy selects an opponent.

"I would love to fight the winner of Porter-Brook," Khan told ESPN. "I've fought all over the world and my goal is to get the biggest fights out there and fighting for the world titles.

"Brook built his name up by saying he wants to fight me. He has said less recently because he has to win this and the only way I will fight him is if he beats Porter or a name.

"I'm looking to fight in the first or second week of December and fly out to start training in San Francisco on August 25. We are looking at a couple of names for opponents. Devon Alexander and Robert Guerrero are possibles for December."

Khan also believes a fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr is not out of the question. The Bolton fighter was originally overlooked by the unbeaten American for Marcos Maidana, who Mayweather fights in a Las Vegas rematch on September 13.

"A fight against Mayweather is still very realistic," Khan said. "He has a few fights left with Showtime TV and he's going to be looking for opponents after the Maidana fight.

"I want to fight Mayweather and it can definitely happen, so why don't we get it on? It would make a lot of money on both sides of the pond as well as in places like Asia and Dubai where I'm more well-known than him."
