Froch admits Haye-Wladimir is 50-50

Wladimir Klitschko is not as "ballsy" a fighter as next opponent David Haye, according to WBC super-middleweight champion Carl Froch.

WBO and IBF heavyweight king Klitschko, who fights Haye in Hamburg on July 2, has been notoriously reluctant to take risks in the ring, preferring instead to keep it tight behind the jab.

But Froch concedes that, while WBA champ Haye possesses the knockout power to trouble Klitschko's fragile chin, the fight is no more than 50-50. Haye is not renowned for his punch resistance either, and the suspicion remains that he is yet to be seriously tested in the heavyweight division.

"It's a victory Haye can definitely pull off, but it's a tough fight that could go either way," Froch told boxingscene.com. "I think Haye's got more balls than Klitschko. Klitschko runs and hides - he wants to keep out of the way.

"He's afraid of his own shadow in some fights. David Haye, he has a big set of cojones on him. I think he's going to land first, but you never know in boxing."
