The line-up for this season's Magners League play-off semi-finals has been decided following the final round of the regular season.

Munster and Leinster were both assured of their place in the post-season ahead of Friday night's clashes with the latter booking a home draw in the final four with a 38-3 victory over Glasgow. League leaders Munster continued their march to the play-offs with a 22-6 win against Connacht.

Ulster cemented their place in the play-off picture with 20-13 victory at the Dragons while Ospreys capitalised on the Blues' 38-23 defeat at the Scarlets to snatch the final available berth with a narrow 12-10 victory over Aironi.

As a result, Leinster will host Ulster in the first semi-final at the RDS in Dublin on Friday night (KO 19:05) with Munster tackling the Ospreys in the second fixture at Thomond Park on Saturday (KO 18:30).

The venue of the second Magners League Grand Final will be determined by the results of the semi-finals. The honour of staging the Grand Final will go to the team that has the highest regular season league ranking once the two finalists are known.
